Bepanaah is a family drama. The movie revolves around a naive simpleton Bajrang (Mithun Chakraborty), who comes to the rescue of a pregnant woman Radha (Poonam Dhillon), who has been abandoned by her lover, CID Inspector Ravi Malhotra (Shashi Kapoor). When Radha fails to tell the name of the father of her child, Bajrang gives the child his name to protect Radha’s integrity. However, circumstances change when Ravi is tasked to arrest Bajrang, and she finds herself between her lover and the man who helped her when she needed someone the most. It is to find, whom does Radha choose?
