Doodh Ka Karz is an action drama. A snake charmer named Gangu is accused of theft and beaten to death by Thakur Raghuvir Singh (Amrish Puri). His wife Parvati (Aruna Irani) cremated his body and vows to avenge his death. Parvati raises her newborn son Suraj (Jackie Shroff) and nurses a snake to carry out the revenge when Suraj grows up. Things take a turn when Suraj grows up, as he falls in love with Reshma (Neelam Kothari), the daughter of Thakur Raghubir Singh. Will Suraj be willing to carry out the revenge on his future father-in-law?
