Humko Deewana Kar Gaye is a romantic musical drama. The movie revolves around Aditya (Akshay Kumar), an automobile engineer, who is passionate about cars, and Jia (Katrina Kaif), the daughter of a business tycoon. Aditya is engaged to Sonia (Bipasha Basu), a fashion designer for whom work comes first. On the other hand, Sonia is engaged to Karan Oberoi (Anil Kapoor), who like Sonia’s father, doesn’t have any time for her. Despite the differences in their personalities, the couples stay together for the happiness of their families. Aditya and Jia, despite being engaged, fall in love with each other. However, will they go against their families for their love?
