Ilzaam is an action romantic crime drama. The movie follows the story of a young man named Ajay (Govinda), who sings and dances on the streets to get the attention of the people, while his friends steal from their houses. One day, Ajay decides to leave all this to lead a life of dignity. He rescues a woman named Aarti (Neelam Kothari) from the goons, in return, she takes him to her home, where her family welcomes him. Ajay and Aarti fall in love with each other, and soon after, Aarti’s family arranges their marriage. However, Ajay leaves Aarti just before their marriage and disappears. Sometime later, Aarti comes across Ajay again, but he ignores her. Why did Ajay leave Aarti when he loved her more than anything? Has he been hiding something all this long or was he never in love with Aarti?
