Maa Behen is a suspenseful drama revolving around three women whose lives spiral into chaos after a fatal incident. Rekha (Madhuri Dixit), a widowed woman living alone in Adarsh Colony, makes a frantic late-night call to her daughters, Jaya (Triptii Dimri) and Sushma (Dharna Durga). Through tears, she reveals that she has accidentally killed her neighbour, Charitra Kumar Gupta (Ravi Kishan), after he entered her house at night. Believing their mother acted in self-defence, the sisters rush to help her and devise a plan to dispose of the body before the authorities find out. However, their efforts are complicated by a neighbourhood jagrata being held ahead of Gupta’s daughter Goldie’s (Rrama Sharma) wedding, keeping the area awake until dawn. As Gupta’s worried wife reports his disappearance, her brother, police officer Maheshwari (Arunoday Singh), begins investigating the case. Adding another layer of tension, Maheshwari shares a romantic past with Jaya and still harbours feelings for her. As secrets unravel and suspicions grow, the fate of the three women forms the rest of the film.
