Parikrama follows the story of Italian filmmaker Alessandro as he travels along the holy Narmada River and encounters a local lad named Lala who is defending the property that his family has lost. Their stories—one without his mother, the other without his motherland—repeat themes of identity, loss, and belonging as their paths intersect.
