Phool Bane Angaray is an action drama. Dutta Babu (Parikshat Sahni), an honest man, is standing for the elections in Udaipur, against cunning and corrupt gangster Bishamber (Prem Chopra), who uses his power to win the elections and also gets Dutta killed. An honest police officer, Inspector Ranjit Singh (Rajinikanth) gets the evidence against Bishamber, but he is prevented by his seniors from taking any action. Later, Ranjit too is killed by Bishamber. Ranjit’s mourning wife Namrata (Rekha) vows to avenge her husband’s death, but will she be able to do what her husband failed to do, getting Bishamber punished for his evil actions?
