Raat is a horror thriller drama. The movie revolves around a college going girl named Mini (Revathi), who moves to a new house with her family. The house is situated close to a forest and is allegedly haunted, however, the family ignores all the warnings and moves in the house. Later, some unexplainable mysterious things start to happen in their house. Rashmi, Mini’s college friend gets killed and the police suspect Mini to be the murderer. Things take a turn when the family learns that Mini is possessed by an evil spirit, and contacts an exorcist. Will her family and the exorcist be able to free Mini from this evil spirit?
