Siharan is a horror thriller set in a small village of Sundarpur, where a tyrannical Sarpanch Sungraam Singh enforces a cruel tradition that costs innocent lives. When Gopal and his wife Mohini resist, they are killed, but Mohini's vengeful spirit returns to punish the guilty in the form of a deadly witch (Choti Katwa Chudail). With a priest's guidance, she spreads fear and destroys lives and finally finds peace, and justice is served.
