Uparwala & Sons is a social family drama about a young, disillusioned man from a small town, who is frustrated after failing several times to earn money the easy way. To change his fortunes, he gets married, and soon his wife bears him a son and decides to fool people by presenting him as God’s avatar, for which people throng his house by paying a fees. What constitutes thereafter is a rollercoaster experience of laughter and emotions.
